Nayla is a University of Manitoba graduate with a Master’s of Physical Therapy (2016) and a Bachelor of Science. Growing up on a farm in the Swan River Valley, she played lots of different sports including volleyball, basketball, badminton, figure skating, snowboarding and softball.
Nayla is certified to practice acupuncture and has completed Level 1 and 2 (lower) of the Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy exams. In her practice, she combines manual/hands-on techniques, exercise prescription, acupuncture and education to treat her patients. She enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities with a goal-orientated approach.
Nayla has taken advanced training in the area of vestibular rehabilitation. Vestibular conditions include benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), labyrinthitis and vestibular neuritis. Depending on the diagnosis, vestibular rehab may consist of balance training, gaze stability training and canalith repositioning maneuvers.

Ryan graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Masters of Physical Therapy in 2024 and a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2022. He is interested in furthering his education in orthopaedics & exercise-based therapy.
Ryan chose to pursue a career in physiotherapy when he learned first hand the difference physiotherapy can make in someone’s life. Growing up, he was involved in multiple sports, which consequently involved him suffering multiple injuries. Thankfully, with a little physio, (for multiple body parts), Ryan was back in the game participating fully in life and sports!
Ryan is passionate about helping others and understands that each patient is unique and requires an individual treatment plan. He enjoys working with patients of all ages, including paediatrics, and is keen to work with elite athletes just as much as the weekend warriors.
Ryan enjoys taking part in various sports and activities such as hockey, football, baseball, soccer, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, cycling, hiking, & surfing. He likes to incorporate relaxation massage in with myofascial release, deep tissue release, and trigger point therapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a treatment that promotes circulation and relaxation while focusing on tight problematic areas.

Erin graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science in 2004. She has been practicing physiotherapy for 15 years and has experience both in the hospital and private practice settings. She is certified in acupuncture and dry needling and completed her Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) in 2018, an extensive post-graduate education program with internationally recognized credentials. Erin has completed many other post graduate courses including Cancer Rehabilitation, McKenzie, Mulligan and SFMA and has had the opportunity to assist in teaching courses held in Manitoba. She has been a member of various committees of both the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba and the Manitoba Physiotherapy Association. She is the current Chair of the Manitoba Section of the National Orthopaedic Division.

Mathew graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Psychology and continued his education to graduate from the faculty of Medical Rehabilitation -Physiotherapy Masters Program in 2014.
Mathew is currently working towards becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and presently has his Level 3 certification. Mathew is SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) Level 1 and Level 2 certified, and has attended multiple high performance training seminars including injury prevention for runners. Mathew is also certified in Fascial Scraping and Massage Cupping using IASTM techniques.
Mathew has experience training high level athletes including a 10 year history of coaching youth basketball at multiple levels ranging from Club to High School to Manitoba’s Provincial Team. Ainsley graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2005 from the Faculty of Medical Rehabilitation, and has been happily practicing in Orthopaedics ever since! Ainsley is the owner of Pembina Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic. She is an acupuncture provider, a Stott Pilates Instructor and has taken a multitude of other post graduate courses including extensive Manual Therapy techniques, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Myofascial Release, and Muscle Energy Techniques. In 2018, she gained her FCAMPT designation through the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. FCAMPT stands for Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy. Physiotherapists awarded this designation have completed extensive post-graduate education and attained internationally recognized hands-on therapy.
Ainsley takes a client centred approach to treatment. After listening to a patient’s symptoms, she investigates to find the root cause, then creates a comprehensive plan to resolve the issues.
